Our Mission

Understanding that the Holy Spirit leads all efforts to spread Christ’s Gospel, Southside Church of Christ World Missions seeks to partner with missionaries around the world to connect people with saving faith in Christ and to prepare and engage Southside members in evangelism, service, charity and stewardship.

Our History

Members of Southside Church of Christ serve on the congregation’s missions committee. For 30 years the church has partnered with evangelists in Chilé and more recently has supported efforts in Baja California (Mexico), Nigeria, the Philippines and Croatia.

Raising Funds

The leaders of Southside Church of Christ approve a budget for world missions every year. In addition, funds are raised within the congregation through Coins for Christ, Kroger Community Rewards Program, Amazon Smile and other focused efforts.
